If you join our waitlist, subscribe to updates, or sign up for services, we may contact you with information about reservations, memberships, studio news, events, and special offers, as permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link included in our messages. If you opt in to promotional text messages, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile messaging opt-in information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. You may continue to receive essential service-related communications, such as reservation confirmations or account updates.

Recurring Memberships

Recurring charges and cancellation rights are governed by the terms provided at enrollment and applicable law. Reservations and payments completed through GOLFJOY Play or another authorized platform may also be subject to that provider's terms.

5. Guest Policy

At ALIGN Golf Studio, we welcome guests to enjoy the experience together. To maintain a safe, comfortable, and secure environment, all visitors must follow our guest guidelines.

Guest Allowance & Fees

• Each booking may include up to three (3) guests, subject to bay capacity and availability.

• Guests with an active ALIGN Golf Studio membership may enter at no additional guest charge.

• Non-member guests are subject to a $25 fee per guest, per visit.

• Guest fees are separate from applicable bay rental charges.

Guest Registration & Waivers

All guests must be registered before entering the studio.

• Each guest must provide their name and either an email address or phone number.

• Every adult guest must complete and sign their own liability waiver before participating.

• A parent or legal guardian must complete the required waiver for each minor.

• The booking holder is responsible for ensuring all accompanying guests are properly registered and have completed the required waivers.

Guest Conduct & Safety

All guests must follow ALIGN Golf Studio's posted safety rules, equipment guidelines, and facility policies. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

The booking holder is responsible for informing accompanying guests of these requirements.

Unauthorized Entry & Policy Violations

Unregistered guests or guests without completed waivers are not permitted to participate in studio activities.

ALIGN Golf Studio reserves the right to deny entry, require guests to leave, or restrict future access for violations of this policy.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges, subject to applicable law and membership terms.

Policy Enforcement

ALIGN Golf Studio reserves the right to verify guest registration, waiver completion, and membership status.

Applicable guest fees remain payable in accordance with the booking terms and accepted payment authorizations.

6. Golf Lessons & Coaching

ALIGN may provide access to golf instruction through independent golf professionals. Lesson availability, pricing, teaching methods, and scheduling may vary by instructor. Individual instructors may have their own lesson terms or requirements. While we aim to create a great environment for improvement, individual golf performance and results cannot be guaranteed.

7. Studio Safety & Participation

Golf practice, simulator use, and related physical activities involve some inherent risks. For everyone's safety, please follow posted instructions, equipment guidelines, and studio rules. Certain activities may require a separate participation waiver or acknowledgment of risk. These Website Terms do not replace any separate participation agreement or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Our Content & Brand

The ALIGN name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, videos, and original design elements belong to ALIGN or their respective owners. You are welcome to browse and enjoy our content for personal, noncommercial use.
